摘要
目的 探究启发式临床医学教学模式在消化内科护理带教中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年1月-2021年12月天津医科大学第二医院消化内科60名护理实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字分组法分为对照组30例与干预组30例,对照组应用传统教学模式带教,干预组应用启发式临床医学教学模式,比较两组的出科考核成绩、护生岗位胜任能力、护生学习情况、教学满意度.结果 干预组出科考核成绩各维度远高于对照组;干预组护生岗位胜任能力各维度评分远高于对照组;干预组学习情况各维度评分远高于对照组;干预组教学满意度远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 启发式临床医学教学模式能有效提高消化内科护生出科考核成绩,提升岗位胜任能力,提升学习状态.
Objective To explore the effect of heuristic clinical medicine teaching model in nursing teaching of gastroenterology.Methods A total of 60 nursing interns from the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital from January to December of 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and intervention group(n=30),the control group applied the traditional teaching mode,the intervention group applied the heuristic clinical medicine teaching mode,the examination results,post competence of nursing students,learning status of nursing students and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the intervention group were much higher than those of the control group,the post competence of the intervention group was much higher than that of the control group,the learning situation of the intervention group was much higher than that of the control group,the total satisfaction rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The heuristic clinical medicine teaching model can effectively improve the nursing students in the Department of Gastroenterology examination results,enhance post competence,improvelearning status.
