摘要
作为呼吸道疾病之一,百日咳对于患者健康的影响相对较大。从致病因素的角度分析,该病主要由于百日咳与副百日咳杆菌引发。该病可在多个年龄段出现,其中,以婴幼儿的病情相对较为危重。百日咳具有较强的传染性,若不能及时进行合理治疗,则可导致疾病的快速传播,从而引起社会公共卫生事件的发生,对于人们健康的充分保障造成了极为不利的影响。近年来,随着医疗研究工作的不断深化,百日咳疫苗在世界范围内已经得到了合理的普及,然而,由于受到多种因素的影响,该病仍未实现完全根除。进入21世纪以来,由于管控力度不善,部分地区出现了百日咳小流行的问题,为人们的健康埋下了隐患。为了有效应对这一问题,本文针对百日咳流行病学相关研究进展进行了整理与归纳,旨在为后续研究的顺利开展提供借鉴。
As one of the respiratory diseases,pertussis has a relatively large impact on the health of patients.From the perspective of pathogenic factors,the disease is mainly caused by pertussis and parapertussis.The disease can appear in multiple age groups,among them,with infants and young children being relatively more severe.Pertussis has a strong infectious,if reasonable treatment is not carried out timely,it may lead to the rapid spread of the disease,thereby triggering the occurrence of social public health events,which has very adverse impact on the full protection of people's health.In recent years,with the continous deepening of medical research work,pertussis vaccine has been reasonably popularized in the world.However,due to the influence of many factors,the disease has not yet been completely eradicated.Since the beginning of the 21st century,due to poor management and control,the problem of a minor outbreak of pertussis has appeared in some areas,which has laid a hidden danger for people's health.In order to effectively deal with this problem,this paper sortes out and summarizes the related research progress of pertussis epidemiology,in order to provide reference for the smooth development of follow-up studies.
