摘要
目的 分析环孢素滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠眼液对翼状胬肉术后干眼症的治疗效果。方法 选择2022年1月—2023年1月三河燕郊二三医院收治的122例翼状胬肉术后干眼症患者作为研究对象,随机分为单一组和联合组各61例。单一组采用玻璃酸钠眼液;而联合组在其基础上加用环孢素滴眼液进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后泪膜稳定性指标、干眼症状评分和眼表疾病指数评分;记录两组疗效、不良反应和复发率。结果 联合组临床总有效率显著高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组泪膜稳定性指标、干眼症状评分和眼表疾病指数评分均获得改善,且联合组改善优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组复发率低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 环孢素滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠眼液治疗翼状胬肉术后干眼症疗效显著,复发率低且具有较好的安全性。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of cyclosporine eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on dry eye syndrome after pterygium surgery.Methods A total of 122 cases with dry eyes after pterygium surgery from January 2022 to January 2023,admitted to Sanhe Yanjiao 23 Hospital were randomly divided into single group and joint group with 61 cases in each group.The single group adopted sodium hyaluronate eye drops,while the joint group adopted cyclosporine eye drops on the basis of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The tear film stability index,dry eye symptom score and ocular surface disease index score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The efficacy,adverse reactions,and recurrence rates of two groups were recorded.Results The total clinical effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tear film stability index,dry eye symptom score and ocular surface disease index score in the combined group were significantly improved,and the combined group was significantly superior to the single group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),and the recurrence rate in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclosporin eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops has significant efficacy,low recurrence rate and good safety in the treatment of dry eye after pterygium surgery.
