摘要
目的观察穴位贴敷联合中药汤剂治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕疗效。方法纳入南通市中医院神经内科住院部收治的90例肝阳上亢型眩晕患者(2020年6月—2022年6月)进行研究,以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组、穴位敷贴组以及联合治疗组,各30例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,穴位敷贴组患者常规治疗+单纯穴位敷贴治疗,联合治疗组患者常规治疗+穴位敷贴治疗+中药汤剂治疗。观察3组患者疗效、治疗前后眩晕评分变化及中医证候总积分变化、治疗前后患者眩晕持续时间变化、不良反应,治疗后随访3个月,观察3组复发情况。结果联合治疗组患者临床总有效率高于穴位敷贴组及对照组(P<0.05);治疗前3组患者眩晕评分、中医证候总积分、眩晕持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合治疗组患者治疗后眩晕评分、中医证候总积分均低于对照组与穴位敷贴组患者,眩晕持续时间均短于对照组与穴位敷贴组(P<0.05);3组不良反应均较少(P>0.05);联合治疗组患者治疗3个月后复发率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合中药汤剂治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕疗效显著,可较好改善患者眩晕症状,促进患者恢复,患者不良反应少,复发率低,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on vertigo with hyperactivity of liver Yang.Methods A total of 90 vertigo patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang admitted to the Neurology Department of Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(from June 2020 to June 2022)were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group,acupoint application group and combined treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used routine therapy.The acupoint application group used routine therapy+acupoint application therapy.The combined treatment group used conventional treatment+acupoint application therapy+traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The efficacy of three groups,changes in dizziness score and total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes before and after treatment,changes in dizziness duration and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed.After followed up for three months after treatment,the recurrence of the three groups was observed.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the acupoint application group and control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the vertigo score,the total score of TCM syndromes and duration of vertigo in the three groups were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the vertigo score and total score of TCM syndromes in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the control group and the acupoint application group,and the duration of vertigo was shorter than that in the control group and the acupoint application group(P<0.05).There were fewer adverse reactions in the three groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the combined treatment group was lower than that of control group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of vertigo with hyperactivity of liver Yang is effective,which can better improve the vertigo symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of patients,with less adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,and it is safe and reliable.
