摘要
铝箔在精密剪切时存在断面翘曲、毛刺及刀具加速磨损等问题无法定性解决。建立Lemaitre剪切损伤模型,精确地分析铝箔剪切的弹塑性变形及断裂的演化过程。通过分析不同剪切间隙对剪切断面质量的影响及刀刃应力状态变化,提出了将剪切断面中剪切带高度及刀刃应力作为铝箔剪切机的优化评价指标。最后通过对仿真数据及试验结果进行分析,得到最佳剪切间隙为30%t,满足剪切质量的同时,某型铝箔剪切机的剪刃寿命提高了15.9%。
The problems of section warpage,burr and accelerated tool wear of aluminum foil during precision cutting cannot be solved qualitatively.Lemaitre shear damage model was established to accurately analyze the elastoplastic deformation and fracture evolution process of aluminum foil in shear.By analyzing the influence of different shear gaps on the quality of the shear section and the change of the stress state of the blade,the height of the shear band in the shear section and the stress of the blade were put forward as the optimization evaluation indexes of the aluminum foil shear.Finally,according to the analysis of simulation data and test results,the optimal shearing clearance is 30%t,which meets the shearing quality.At the same time,the life of the cutting edge of an aluminum foil shearing machine is increased by 15.9%.
