摘要
阐述基于模糊聚类算法的国网业务风险评估模型构建方法,探讨预处理国网业务数据,通过兰德指数计算数据相似度,选择国网业务风险等级指标。选择小类型密度结合方式,获取业务数据聚类初始中心,基于模糊聚类算法构建评估模型,对国网业务进行风险评估。
This paper expounds the construction method of a risk assessment model for State Grid business based on fuzzy clustering algorithm,explores the preprocessing of State Grid business data,calculates data similarity through Rand index,and selects State Grid business risk level indicators.Select a small type density combination method to obtain the initial clustering center of business data,construct an evaluation model based on fuzzy clustering algorithm,and conduct risk assessment on State Grid's business.
