摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,金融科技(FinTech)已经成为金融领域创新的驱动力。金融科技的迅猛发展为金融服务带来了创新与便利的同时也对现有金融监管体系提出了挑战。本文在研究金融科技监管的重要性的基础上,分析了当前监管所面临的主要挑战,通过对比国际上不同的金融科技监管模式,提出了一系列针对金融科技监管的实践建议,旨在为监管机构和政策制定者提供有益的参考,以确保金融科技能够在保障安全和促进公平的基础上,实现健康且可持续的发展。
With the rapid development of information technology,FinTech has become a driving force for innovation in the financial sector,but it also brings regulatory challenges such as consumer protection,data security and market manipulation.This paper examines the necessity of fi ntech regulation,the challenges facing fi ntech regulation,the comparison of international regulatory models as well as the analysis of domestic cases and a series of practice paths and puts forward relevant recommendations,with a view to providing guidance and reference for regulators and policymakers to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of fi ntech.
