技术动荡背景下我国职业教育变革的动力来源与路径选择 被引量:1

The Power Sources and Path Choices of Vocational Education Reform in China Under the Background of Technological Turbulence

摘要 现代信息技术与实体经济的深度融合不但促使许多传统产业不得不转型发展,甚至被淘汰,还催生出大量的新产业、新业态与新经济模式,也使人类进入前所未有的技术动荡时期。技术决定了现代职业教育的基本内容与定位,技术动荡必然会引起职业教育的变革。技术动荡性是指行业技术发展或变化的不确定性、复杂性与难以预测性,技术与职业教育长期存在着交互演进的关系,人工智能时代的技术动荡性持续加剧逼促职业教育进行深层次变革。人工智能时代的技术动荡从三个方面为我国的职业教育变革提供了动力来源:国际技术竞争是外部动力来源;我国技术技能型人才培养的现实需要是内在动力来源;“技能强国”战略是外部驱动力。我国职业教育的深层次改革需要从三个方面入手:坚持整体性思维与复杂性思维,完善现代职业教育体系;充分利用人工智能技术,推进职业教育数字化转型;整体推进职业教育的国际化进程,提升职业教育改革的内驱动能。 The deep integration of modern information technology and the real economy not only forces many traditional industries to transform and develop,or even be eliminated,but also gives rise to a large number of new industries,new formats,and new economic models,and also puts humanity into an unprecedented period of technological turbulence.Technology determines the basic content and positioning of modern vocational education,and technological turbulence will inevitably lead to changes in vocational education.Technological turbulence refers to the uncertainty,complexity,and unpredictability of industry technological development or changes.There is a long-term interactive relationship between technology and vocational education,and the continuous intensification of technological turbulence in the era of artificial intelligence forces vocational education to undergo deep level reforms.The technological turbulence in the era of artificial intelligence has provided impetus for the transformation of vocational education in China from three aspects:the international technological competition is an external driving force;the practical need for cultivating technical and skilled talents in China is an internal source of motivation;the strategy of becoming a technology power is an external driving force.The deep level reform of voca-tional education in China needs to start from three aspects:adhering to holistic and complex thinking,and improving the modern vocational education system,fully utilizing artificial intelligence technology to promote the digital transformation of vocational education,promoting the internationalization process of vocational education as a whole and enhancing the internal driving force of vocational education reform.
