体验式教学在老年护理学中的应用现状和对策

Current situation and future countermeasures for implementing experiential teaching in geriatric nursing education

摘要 体验式教学是一种实践性、反思性及情境性的教学方法。本文通过对国内外文献的系统梳理,总结了体验式教学的特点和组织形式,重点探讨了在老年护理领域的应用现状、存在问题,为我国老年护理教学方式的改革提供参考性建议。 Experiential teaching is a practical,reflective,and situational teaching method.Based on the systematic review of literature published worldwide,this paper summarizes the characteristics and organizational forms of experiential teaching,with a focus on its current application and existing problems in teaching geriatric nursing.This review provides suggestions for the reform of teaching methods of geriatric nursing in China.
