摘要
OBE教育理念是“成果导向教育”,是国际上广泛认可的教育理念,该理念符合社会对人才的需求和学生自我发展需求,在国内也受到了学者的广泛关注。根据旅游管理专业学生目前的学习现状与需求,在OBE理念的指导下,进行“旅游资源规划与开发”课程教学案例的设计与实践,在实践过程中总结经验和不足,以期不断提高旅游管理专业教学质量,促进课程目标的达成,同时为高校人才培养目标达成提供有力支撑,为旅游管理专业的教学改革实践提供指导。
The education concept of OBE is“result-oriented education”,which is widely recognized in the international community.The concept meets the needs of the society for talents and students’self-development needs,and is also widely concerned by scholars in China.According to the current learning status and needs of students majoring in tourism management,under the guidance of the concept of OBE,this paper carries out the design and practice of the teaching case of Tourism Resource Planning and Development.In the process of practice,the experience and shortcomings are summarized in order to continuously improve the teaching quality of tourism management major,promote the achievement of the curriculum objectives,and provide strong support for the achievement of the objectives of talent training in universities.It provides guidance for the teaching reform practice of tourism management specialty.
