摘要
安徽某矿山为了降低立式砂仓进砂溢流浓度,提高充填生产效率,针对立式砂仓进砂溢流水浓度过高的问题进行了研究,并基于导致溢流浓度升高的不同原因,对砂仓进行了结构改造。优化结果表明:通过改变加药方式和增加中心消力桶等改造,在双仓分流进砂条件下,砂仓溢流为清水;在单仓进砂条件下,进砂溢流浓度前期为清水,当砂层高度超过7.3 m时,溢流浓度快速升高,可通过减少立式砂仓处理量的方式,降低溢流浓度。
In order to reduce the feed sand overflow concentration of vertical sand silo and improve the filling production efficiency,a mine in Anhui studied the problem of high concentration of overflow water in vertical sand silo.Based on the different reasons that lead to the increase of overflow concentration,the structure of sand silo was reformed.The optimization results show that by changing the dosing method and in-creasing the central stilling bucket,the overflow of the sand silo is clear water under the condition of double silo diversion feed sand.Under the condition of single silo sand inlet,the overflow concentration of sand in-let is clear water in the early stage.When the height of sand layer exceeds 7.3 m,the overflow concentration increases rapidly,and the overflow concentration can be reduced by reducing the treatment capacity of the vertical sand silo.
