摘要
[目的]为筛选出防治稻瘟病及增产效果明显的杀菌剂,为水稻病害的防控提供科学依据。[方法]采用田间药效试验的方法对防治稻瘟病常用的5种杀菌剂进行方差分析,继而通过聚类分析对5种杀菌剂的不同处理剂量进行田间防效评价。[结果]施药后均未对水稻产生药害,5种杀菌剂均能抑制稻瘟病的发生,并起到增产的效果。其中制剂用量为1050 g/hm^(2)的35%肟菌酯·三环唑悬浮剂防效最佳(91.40%),制剂用量为1500 mL/hm^(2)的200亿芽孢/mL枯草芽孢杆菌可分散油悬浮剂增产最显著(18.74%);聚类分析针对综合效果将5种杀菌剂的20个处理剂量分为3类,筛选出综合效果最佳的药剂处理6个。[结论]处理剂量为1050 g/hm^(2)的35%肟菌酯·三环唑悬浮剂和浓度为1500 mL/hm^(2)的200亿芽孢/mL枯草芽孢杆菌可分散油悬浮剂对稻瘟病的防效最佳。
[Aims] This study aims to select the best fungicide with obvious effect on controlling rice blast and increasing yield, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of rice diseases. [Methods] Using the method of field efficacy trial, variance analysis was conducted on 5 fungicides commonly used to control rice blast,and then the field control effects of the five fungicides were evaluated by cluster analysis. [Results] There was no phytotoxicity to rice after application, and all of the five fungicides could inhibit the occurrence of rice blast and increase the yield. Among them, trifloxystrobin·tricyclazole 35% SC at 1050 g/ha had the best control effect(91.4%),and Bacillus subtilis 20 billion spores/mL OD with the concentration of 1500 mL/ha increased the yield most significantly(18.74%). Cluster analysis divided 20 treatments of 5 fungicides into 3 categories according to the comprehensive effect, and 6 treatments with the best comprehensive effect were selected. [Conclusions] The treatments of trifloxystrobin · tricyclazole 35% SC at 1050 g/ha and Bacillus subtilis 20 billion spores/mL OD at1500 mL/ha have the best control effect on rice blast.
