摘要
为明晰山西省长治市漳泽水库浮游植物的空间分布及关键驱动因子,于2022年第二、三季度对漳泽水库18个采样点的浮游植物及环境因子进行调查分析。结果表明,漳泽水库鉴定出浮游植物8门75种,第二季度呈绿藻-蓝藻型,第三季度呈蓝藻-硅藻型,优势种为小席藻、梅尼小环藻和蓝纤维藻等。浮游植物群落特征指数综合评价表明水库整体处于中度污染状态。Pearson相关性分析和典型对应分析表明:水温和高锰酸盐指数(COD Mn)为影响漳泽水库浮游植物群落结构的关键因素,其次为总磷(TP)和溶解氧(DO)。
In order to clarify the spatial distribution and key driving factors of phytoplankton in Zhangze Reservoir,Changzhi City,Shanxi Province,the phytoplankton and environmental factors are investigated and analyzed at 18 sampling sites in Zhangze Reservoir in the second and third quarters of 2022.The results show that 75 species of phytoplankton in 8 phyla are identified in Zhangze reservoir,which are Chlorophyta-Cyanobacteria type in the second quarter and Cyanobacteria-Diatom type in the third quarter.The dominant species are Phormidium tenue,Menichlorella and Dactylococcopsis.The comprehensive evaluation of phytoplankton community characteristics index shows that the reservoir is in a state of mild pollution.Canonical correspondence analysis and pearson correlation analysis show that water temperature and COD Mn are the key factors affecting phytoplankton community structure in Zhangze Reservoir,followed by TP and DO.
