摘要
目的探讨全方位护理在泌尿外科控制医院感染中的应用效果。方法方便选取2020年6月—2022年12月盐城市第三人民医院泌尿外科收治的118例患者作为研究对象,随机编号后,根据单双号分为对照组和观察组,对照组(单数编号,59例)予以常规护理;观察组(双数编号,59例)实施全方位护理,观察且记录两组患者住院期间出现院内感染的具体情况,统计对比总发生率。以问卷形式调查两组患者对护理措施的满意度情况。评估两组患者护理后生活质量。结果观察组患者住院期间出现院内感染的总发生率(0)低于对照组(10.17%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.321,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科开展全方位护理模式可有效防控医院感染问题,建立良好护患关系,提升患者的满意度及生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in controlling nosocomial infection in urology department.Methods A total of 118 patients admitted to the department of urology of Yancheng Third People's Hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were coveniently selected as the research objects.After random numbering,they were divided into control group and observation group according to odd and even numbers.The control group(old number conveniently,59 cases)was given routine care.The observation group(even number,59 cases)received comprehensive nursing.The specific conditions of nosocomial infection during hospitalization in the two groups were observed and recorded,and the total incidence rate was statistically compared.The satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing measures was investigated by questionnaire.The quality of life of the two groups after nursing was evaluated.Results The total incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group(0)was lower than that in the control group(10.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.321,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode in urology department can effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection,establish a good nurse-patient relationship,and improve patients'satisfaction and quality of life.
