摘要
根据国家推动做强农业科研、社会服务、生产经营、农村创业等四方面农业现代化支撑人才的工作部署,立足职业院校在青年农业人才培养方面的优势特点,通过研究青年农业人才培养现状,分析了面临的困境,从新思想、新技术、新理念、新业态四个方面探讨了人才培养目标,提出了推动产教融合、科教融汇、证训融通、学创融洽的实践方法,探索了“四新四融”的青年农业人才培养路径。
This paper is based on our national work deployment in promoting and strengthening the agricultural modernization by supporting talents from the four aspects of agricultural scientific research,social services,production and operation,rural entrepreneurship.Depending upon the advantages and characteristics of vocational colleges in the cultivation of young agricultural talentsand by studying the current situation in the training of young agricultural talents,this paper analyzes the confronting difficulties and probes into the training goals from the four aspects of new thought,new technology,new concept and new business form.Accordingly,the practical methods were put forward,which means promoting the integration of production and education,the integration of science and education,the integration of certificate and training,and the harmony of learning and innovation,and the training path of young agricultural talents—“four new and four integration”was formed as well.
