摘要
目的:分析磷酸西格列汀在单用二甲双胍效果不佳的2型糖尿病患者中的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月北京市昌平区回龙观社区卫生服务中心收治单用二甲双胍治疗效果不佳的2型糖尿病患者78例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各39例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组于对照组基础上采用磷酸西格列汀治疗。比较两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FPG、2 hPBG、HbA1c水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组HOMA-IR水平低于对照组,HOMA-β水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗单用二甲双胍治疗效果不佳2型糖尿病患者的临床效果显著,可降低血糖水平,改善胰岛功能,且联合用药不会增加不良反应,安全性高。
Objective:To analyze treatment effect of sitagliptin phosphate in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with poor response metformin alone.Methods:A total of 78 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Beijing Changping District Huilongguan Community Health Service Center from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was treated with sitagliptin phosphate on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,islet function,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPBG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and pancreaticβcell function index(HOMA-β)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of HOMA-IR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of HOMA-βin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sitagliptin phosphate combined with metformin has significant clinical effects in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can reduce blood glucose levels,and improve the function of pancreatic islet.The combination of drugs will not increase adverse reactions and has a high safety.
