摘要
目的:探讨回馈宣教结合全程循环营养管理对肝硬化腹水伴营养不良患者的效果。方法:选择2021年10月—2022年11月福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院收治的肝硬化腹水伴营养不良患者100例,以随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组接受肝硬化常规营养护理,干预组在对照组基础上加用回馈宣教结合全程循环营养管理干预。对两组健康管理认知度评分、健康促进评分、营养状况、腹水改善率、临床结局评分进行比较。结果:干预后,干预组健康管理认知度评分、健康促进评分均高于对照组,营养状况测评指标均优于对照组,临床结局评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组腹水改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用回馈宣教结合全程循环营养管理干预肝硬化腹水伴营养不良患者,可促进其健康管理认知度与健康行为,改善其营养状况、腹水严重度和临床结局。
Objective:To explore the effect of feedback publicity and education combined with wholecycle nutrition management on cirrhosis patients with ascites complicated with malnutrition.Method:A total of 100 cirrhosis patients with ascites complicated with malnutrition admitted to Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nutrition nursing for cirrhosis,and the intervention group was supplemented with feedback publicity and education combined with whole-cycle nutrition management intervention on the basis of the control group.Health management awareness score,health promotion score,nutritional status,ascites improvement rate and clinical outcome score were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the health management awareness score and health promotion score of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,the nutritional status evaluation indexes of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the clinical outcome score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of ascites in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Feedback publicity and education combined with whole-cycle nutrition management intervention on cirrhosis patients with ascites complicated with malnutrition,can promote its the health management awareness and health behavior,improve their nutritional status,ascites severity and clinical outcome.
