摘要
目的对中医护理质量评价指标及其管理应用的分析。方法选取2022年1月—2023年9月连云港市中医院20名护理人员作为研究对象。按照随机数表法分为常规组和对照组,各10名。常规组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予基于中医护理质量评价指标下的护理管理。比较两组护理人员的中医护理管理能力评分及两组护理人员对于护理管理方法的满意率。结果与常规组比较,观察组护理人员的各项中医护理管理能力评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理人员对护理管理方法满意率高于常规组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医护理质量评价指标能够在一定程度上反映出临床护理管理工作的水平,应用价值较高,同时可积极促进临床中医护理管理质量的提升,并且能在一定程度上提高护理人员对于护理管理工作的满意度,效果理想。
Objective To analyze and think about the evaluation indicators of traditional Chinese medicine nursing quality and their management applications.Methods 20 nurses from Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random num-ber table method,they were divided into the conventional group and the control group,with 10 participants each.The routine group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given nursing management based on traditional Chinese medical(TCM)nursing quality evaluation index.The scores of TCM nursing management abil-ity and the satisfaction rate of nursing management methods were compared between the two groups.Results Com-pared with the conventional group,the scores of nursing management ability of nurses in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing staff in observation group was higher than that in conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclu-sion TCM nursing quality evaluation indicators can reflect the level of clinical nursing management work to a certain extent,and have high application value.At the same time,they can actively promote the improvement of clinical TCM nursing management quality;and it can improve the nursing staff's satisfaction with nursing management work to a certain extent,and the effect is ideal.
