摘要
公共艺术专业是新兴应用型本科专业,当前在人才培养和课程设计方面存在发展困境,面临着办学特色趋向同质化、培养模式不符合市场需求、思政教育亟待加强等问题。基于此,提出一系列解决方案,包括创建人才培养保障体系、制定专属的专业特色人才培养模式、实施公共艺术专业发展的战略举措,旨在打造符合专业特色的人才培养教学模式,推动应用型本科院校实现专业特色化和构筑多样化人才培养的坚实基础。
The public art major is an emerging applied undergraduate program.Currently there are development difficulties in talent cultivation and curriculum design,facing problems such as homogeneity in education,mismatch between training models and market demands,and the urgent need for ideological and political education.In light of these challenges,a series of solutions are proposed,including the establishment of a talent cultivation guarantee system,the formulation of an exclusive professional characteristic talent training model,and the implementation of strategic measures to enhance the development of the public art major.The aim is to create a talent cultivation and teaching model that aligns with the unique characteristics of the profession,thereby promoting the specialization of applied undergraduate institutions and building a solid foundation for diversified talent cultivation.
