摘要
现阶段,我国城市老城区更新研究呈现多维度、多视角趋势,城区中原有高校园区基于现有发展契机和制约元素,在校园近代历史建筑保护与利用研究中,仿真应用技术因其模拟参数可重复与模型实时可视化展示的优势大有可为之地。本研究以南京工业大学弘正楼建筑改造提升设计为例,通过梳理历史脉络,深度挖掘其历史价值,建立评价体系。运用三维激光扫描、PKPM等仿真应用软件,从功能空间、建筑结构、物理性能条件分析入手,发现该组校园历史建筑使用现状存在的问题和缺陷,并提出弘正楼建筑光环境性能提升改造方案,为校园历史建筑保护和改造提供参考。
At present,the research on the renewal of urban old districts in China is showing a multidimensional and multiperspective trend.Within these urban areas,based on the current development opportunities and constraining factors,for the existing university campuses,there is great potential for the application of simulation technology in the preservation and utilization of historical buildings due to its advantage of replicating parameters and providing real-time visualizations of models.Taking the renovation and improvement design of Hongzheng Building at Nanjing Tech University as an example,this paper traces its historical context,delves into its historical value,and establishes an evaluation system.By employing three-dimensional laser scanning and simulation software like PKPM,the paper analyzes the functional spaces,architectural structures,and physical performance conditions,finds the problems and defects in the current use status of this group of historical campus buildings,and then proposes the renovation plan for enhancing the lighting environment performance of Hongzheng Building.It provides a reference for the protection and renovation of campus historical buildings.
