摘要
湖南是全国南方草地资源大省,也是南方现代草食畜牧业等项目实施重点区域,更是全国牛羊产业发展实现增产增肉的核心区域。近年来,在省委、省政府的正确领导下,我省草食畜牧业发展取得了可喜的成就,截至2020年底,全省人工种草面积达10万hm^(2),实现牛存栏438.1万头,羊存栏761.2万只,家禽存笼37688.5万羽,牛出栏174.6万头,羊出栏983.3万只,家禽出笼54403.6万羽,牛奶产量5.6万吨。但目前,我省草食畜牧业发展中面临牛羊牧草良种严重缺乏,科技支撑力不强,产业化程度不高等问题,如何突破以上瓶颈,更好地推进我省草食畜牧牧业向规模质量效益型转型升级,实现千亿产业发展目标,是一项重大的战略任务,是为湖南经济、社会的可持续发展和生态环境建设注入新活力的有效途径。
Hunan is a province with large grassland resources in the south of China,a key area for the implementation of modern herbivorous animal husbandry projects in southern region,and a core area for the development of cattle and sheep industry in the country to increase production and meat.In recent years,under the correct leadership of the provincial party committee and provincial government,the development of herbivorous animal husbandry in our province has made great achievements.By the end of 2020,the area of artificial grass planting in the province has reached one hundred thousand hectare,with 4.381 million cattle,7.612 million sheep,376.885 million poultry,1.746 million cattle,9.833 million sheep,544.036 million poultry,and 56000 tons of milk output.However,at present,the development of herbivorous animal husbandry in our province is faced with the problems of serious shortage of good varieties of cattle,sheep and forage,weak scientific and technological support,and low degree of industrialization.How to break through the above bottlenecks,better promote the transformation and upgrading of herbivorous animal husbandry in our province to scale,quality and efficiency,and achieve the goal of 100 billion industrial development is a major strategic task,which is an effective way to inject new vitality into Hunan's economic and social sustainable development and ecological environment construction.
