制剂类农药废水处理工程设计及调试运行实例

摘要 制剂类农药因品种繁多导致其废水成分波动性大,废水处理稳定达标排放异常困难。以某龙头企业制剂类农药废水处理工程为例,介绍了其生产废水水质特点、工艺流程、设施设备配置及调试运行效果,旨在为制剂类农药废水处理工艺选取、工程设计及运营维护提供经验参考。项目采用“工艺废水-破乳混凝单元-板框全过滤-+低浓废水-调节单元-SBR序批式生物反应单元-ABR水解反应单元-A/O生化-MBR膜反应单元-次氯酸钠催化氧化单元+化学除磷沉淀单元”的处理工艺,出水水质指标优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中二级排放标准要求。 Due to a wide variety of pesticide formulations,their wastewater composition fluctuates greatly,making it difficult to achieve stable and standard discharge in wastewater treatment.Taking a leading enterprise's formulation pesticide wastewater treatment project as an example,this paper introduces the water quality characteristics,process flow,facility and equipment configuration,and commissioning and operation effects of its production wastewater.The aim is to provide experience for the selection of treatment process,engineering design and operation maintenance of pesticide wastewater.The treatment process of"process wastewater-demulsification coagulation unit-plate and frame full filtration-+low concentration wastewater-regulation unit-SBR sequencing batch bioreactor unit-ABR hydrolysis reaction unit-A/O biochemical MBR membrane reaction unit-sodium hypochlorite catalytic oxidation unit+chemical phosphorus removal sedimentation unit"is adopted,and the effluent water quality index is better than the secondary discharge standard requirements in the"Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978-1996).
