摘要
基于自我决定理论和工作要求-资源模型,考察基层公务员职场精神力对服务绩效的影响机制,以及公共服务动机的中介作用和师徒关系的调节作用。对国内402位基层公务员调查问卷的实证研究表明:职场精神力对公共服务动机和服务绩效具有正向影响;公共服务动机在职场精神力和服务绩效之间发挥部分中介作用;师徒关系正向调节职场精神力对服务绩效的直接效应,同时正向调节职场精神力通过公共服务动机对服务绩效产生的间接效应。
Based on the self-determination theory and job demands-resources model,this paper examines the influence mecha⁃nism of grassroots civil servants'workplace spirituality on service performance,the mediating role of public service motivation and the moderating role of mentoring relationship.The empirical analysis of 402 grassroots civil servants show that:workplace spirituality has positive influence on public service motivation and service performance;public service motivation plays a partial mediates role between workplace spirituality and service performance;mentoring relationship positively moderates the direct effect of workplace spirituality on service performance.At the same time,mentoring relationship positively moderates the indirect effect of workplace spirituality on ser⁃vice performance through public service motivation.
