摘要 目的探讨基于团队的学习(TBL)-基于案例的学习(CBL)-基于问题的学习(PBL)三轨联合教学模式在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法选取在新乡医学院第一附属医院轮转的192名住培医师为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,各96名。试验组实施TBL-CBL-PBL三轨联合教学模式,对照组实施传统教学模式。比较两组的教学效果。结果试验组的理论考试、客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)及教学查房总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的学习兴趣、临床思维能力、自学能力提高度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TBL-CBL-PBL三轨联合教学模式在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果较好。 Objective To explore the appli cation of team-based learning(TBL)-case-based learning(CBL)-problem-based learning(PBL)three-track combined teaching mode in the standardized training of residents in hematology department.Methods total of 192 residents rotating in hematology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were selected as the research objects,and the residents were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 96 in each group.The experimental group implemented TBL-CBL-PBL three-track combined teaching mode,while the control group implemented traditional teaching mode.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical examination score,total scores of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)and teaching rounds in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of learning interest,clinical thinking ability and self-learning ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TBL-CBL-PBL three-track combined teaching mode in the standardized training of residents in hematology department has better application effect.
