摘要
培养城市居民形成垃圾分类习惯对于加快“两型社会”建设具有重要意义。基于长沙市7个样本行政单元(区、县)20个社区1028份实地调研的居民数据,构建城市居民生活垃圾分类行为影响机理模型,探讨城市居民垃圾分类行为的发生机制和行为转化的内在机制。结果表明:从影响机制来看,城市居民生活垃圾分类是自主性驱动和习惯性驱动双路径驱动的行为过程,且习惯性驱动起主导作用,自主性驱动存在“态度→意愿→垃圾分类行为”“主观规范→意愿→垃圾分类行为”以及“感知行为控制→意愿→垃圾分类行为”三条作用路径。从情境变量的调节效用来看,人口统计特征、环境因素、政策因素对于城市居民垃圾分类意愿向行为转化、习惯向行为转化具有显著的调节作用。
Cultivating urban residents to form waste classification habits is of great significance for speeding up the construction of"two-oriented society"based on 1028 data collected from 20 communities in 7 administrative units of Changsha City.This paper constructs the influencing mechanism model of urban residents'domestic waste classification behavior,and empirically tests the mechanism of urban residents'domestic waste sorting behavior and the internal mechanism of behavior transformation by using multi-group structural equation(MGSE)to explore the occurrence mechanism of urban residents’domestic waste classification behavior and the internal mechanism of behavior transformation.The results show that:From the influence mechanism,the classification of urban residents'domestic waste is a behavior process driven by autonomy and habitual drive,and habitual drive plays a leading role.Autonomic drive has three action paths:"attitude-willingness-waste classification behavior","subjective norm→willingness-waste classification behavior"and"perceived behavior control-willingness→waste classification behavior",Demographic characteristics,environmental factors and policy factors have a significant regulatory effect on the transformation from willingness to behavior to habit to behavior of urban residents'waste classification from the perspective of regulatory effectiveness of situational variables.
