摘要
针对中厚煤层综采工作面采煤机截煤、液压支架降柱移架产尘污染严重的问题,以青龙寺煤矿5-20109综采工作面为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法研究了两大尘源共同作用时呼吸性粉尘的扩散规律,并结合现场实测对人员作业区域的粉尘进行了溯源分析,提出了一种滚筒喷雾密闭+跟踪喷雾隔离+机载喷雾引射除尘+支架喷雾侧吸净化的综合治理措施。现场应用结果表明,采煤机司机及采煤机下风侧10 m处的呼吸性粉尘浓度降尘效率可达到91.12%以上,液压支架降柱移架下风侧5 m处和回风巷端头15 m处的呼吸性粉尘浓度降尘效率可分别达到85.75%和90.63%,综采工作面的作业环境得到了明显改善。
In response to the serious problem of dust pollution caused by the shearer cutting and hydraulic support lowering and moving in the medium thick coal seam fully mechanized mining face,the 5-20109 fully mechanized mining face of Qinglongsi coal mine was taken as the research object.The diffusion law of respiratory dust under the joint action of two major dust sources was studied using numerical simulation method,and the dust in the personnel operation area was traced and analyzed based on on-site measurement,a comprehensive treatment measure of drum spray sealing+tracking spray isolation+airborne spray ejection dust removal+bracket spray side suction purification was proposed.The on-site application results show that the respiratory dust reduction efficiency at the 10 m downwind side of the shearer can reach over 91.12%,the respiratory dust reduction efficiency at the 5 m downwind side of the hydraulic support column lowering and the 15 m following the end of the return air lane can respectively reach 85.75%and 90.63%,the working environment of the fully mechanized mining face has been significantly improved.
