摘要
介绍了采煤工作面刮板输送机机头、机尾垫架在薄煤层、中厚煤层配套不同的刮板输送机的结构设计。该设备结构简单、强度高,清煤方便,总体尺寸小,适应性强,能有效解决刮板输送机机头、机尾因工作面起伏与两巷底板存在台阶或倾角悬空而容易损坏的问题,降低刮板输送机故障率,稳定采煤效率。
Introduced the structural design of the coal mining working surface scraper conveyor head and tail rack in the thin coal seam and the medium thick coal seam to support different scraper conveyor.The equipment have the advantages of simple structre and high strength,conweninet coal cleaning,small overall size and strong adaptability,can effectively solve the problem that scraper conveyor head and tail are easy to be damaged because of the fluctuation of the working face and the existence of step or inclined angles in the bottom plate of the two roadway,reduce failure rate of the scraper conveyor and stabilize the efficiency of coal mining.
