摘要
结合工艺路线、焦炉烟气成分等对焦炉烟气低温钒系NH_(3)-SCR脱硝性能及影响因素等进行了综合分析。基于焦炉烟气多污染物的协同治理和综合利用,可将多种催化剂集成于脱硝单元或开发负载多种活性物质的多效催化剂,实现多污染因子的协同治理,同时流程再造,实施CO_(2)捕集纯化以生产化工产品,实现焦炉烟气的资源化利用。
A comprehensive analysis is conducted on the low-temperature vanadium NH_(3)-SCR denitrification performance and influencing factors of coke oven flue gas,based on the process route and composition of coke oven flue gas.Based on the collaborative treatment and comprehensive utilization of multiple pollutants in coke oven flue gas,multiple catalysts can be integrated into denitrification units or multi effect catalytic catalysts loaded with multiple active substances can be developed to achieve collaborative treatment of multiple pollution factors.At the same time,process reengineering,CO_(2) capture and purification are implemented to produce chemical products,achieving resource utilization of coke oven flue gas.
