摘要
以习近平同志为代表的当代中国共产党人战略性、创造性、前瞻性地提出了人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化重大命题,对于全面推进中国式现代化建设具有重要的战略意义和现实的指导作用。建设人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化,必须深入认识其本质内涵,科学掌握其发展规律,精准切入其实践路径,站在人与自然和谐共生的时代高度和中国式现代化建设的全局,科学谋划、综合施策、系统推进,加快建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化,打造人与自然和谐共生的美丽中国和清洁美丽世界,不断创新人类文明新形态。人与自然和谐共生,既是中国式现代化的特征,又是其要求;既是中国式现代化的前提条件,也是衡量中国式现代化成功的准则和标志;既是中国道路的有机内容,又是中国治理的重要视点。因此,无论是从中国式现代化发展与中国特色社会主义事业的角度,还是从中国道路与中国治理的视角,抑或是从中国与世界、中国与人类命运共同体的切入点来看,推进人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化都具有重大意义和深远影响。
The Chinese Communists,represented by General Secretary XI Jinping,have strategically and proactively proposed the significant proposition of Chinese modernization of harmony between human and nature,which has important strategic significance and practical guiding role in the comprehensive promotion of the construction of Chinese path to modernization.To construct Chinese modernization of harmony between humanity and nature,we should deeply understand its essence,scientifically grasp its development regulation,accurately cut into the practice path.Standing at the height of the era of harmony between humanity and nature,with the overall situation of Chinese path to modernization on mind,we should make scientific plans,comprehensively implement policies,and systematically accelerate the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature,create a beautiful China and a clean and beautiful world,and constantly innovate new forms of human civilization.Harmony between humanity and nature is not only the characteristics of Chinese modernization,but also the requirements of it;It is not only the precondition of Chinese modernization,but also the criterion and symbol to measure the success of it;It is not only an organic part of China’s path,but also an important perspective of China’s governance.Therefore,whether from the perspective of development of Chinese modernization and the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,or from the perspective of Chinese path and Chinese governance,or from the point of China and the world,of China and Human Community with a Shared Future,promoting Chinese modernization of harmony between humanity and nature is of great significance and profound influence.
