摘要
为深入贯彻落实新时代军事教育方针,文章以空军转型升级背景下的航空机务质量控制专业军士人才培养体系改革创新为切入点,瞄准“升级版”航空机务军士培养目标,紧扣航空维修保障和军士教育两个“信息化”发展目标,对标部队航空机务质量控制专业军士人才培养的迫切需求,以项目式教学改革为牵引,以信息技术为支撑,构建以学员为中心的“升级版”军士人才培养体系,并将成果应用于航空机务质量控制专业军士人才的培养实践,以期为培养高素质、专业化的新型军士人才探索方法路径。
To carry out the military education policy in the new era,and take the reform and innovation of the teaching system for the military personnel of the aviation maintenance quality control specialty under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the Air Force as the breakthrough point,aiming at the"Upgraded version"of the training objectives of Aviation Flight Service Sergeants,and closely following the"Information-based"development of aviation maintenance support and sergeant education,in order to meet the urgent demand for the training of noncommissioned personnel in the specialty of quality control of aviation operations in the target forces,the project-based teaching reform is taken as the lead and information technology as the support,to construct an"Upgraded version"of the cadet-centered training system for non-commissioned officers,and to apply the results to the teaching practice of non-commissioned officers in the specialty of aviation quality control undertaken by the Aviation non-commissioned Officer School,in order to cultivate high-quality,professional new-type personnel to explore ways and means.
