摘要
为进一步探究采煤机摇臂的可能优化路径,从摇臂壳体优化设计的角度着手,以面向中厚煤层开采的MG900/2400-WD型采煤机作为研究对象展开研究。首先结合实际需要,明确该摇臂壳体的设计要求,并从材料、热处理工艺与铸造方面进行摇臂壳体的初步设计;而后基于铸造完成的模型,应用ANSYS有限元分析工具分析该摇臂壳体的力学性能。结果显示,该摇臂壳体在应力和应变2个方面的指标上均符合预期要求,证明本次设计工作取得了初步成功,该摇臂壳体也具有潜在的应用价值。
In order to further explore the possible op timization path of the rocker arm of shearer,the MG900/2400-WD shearer facing medium and thick coal seam mining was studied from the angle of optimization design of the rocker arm shell.First,the design requirements of the rocker arm shell are defined according to the actual needs,and the preliminary design of the rocker arm shell is carried out from the aspects of material,heat treatment process and casting.Then,based on the cast model,ANSYS finite element analysis tool is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the rocker arm shell.The results show that the rocker arm shell meets the expected requirements in both stress and strain indexes,which proves that the design work has achieved initial success,and the rocker arm shell also has potential application value.
