蓝莓枝枯病病原菌鉴定、生物学特性及对杀菌剂敏感性研究

Study on Identification,Biological Characteristics and Fungicide Sensitivity of the Pathogen Causing Blueberry Branch Blight

摘要 以蓝莓为试材,采用组织分离法获得蓝莓枝枯病的病原菌,进行形态学和分子生物学鉴定;并基于不同碳源、氮源、温度、pH开展病原菌的生物学特性研究,最后采用菌丝生长速率法测定了病原菌对4种常用化学杀菌剂的敏感性的研究方法,研究了该病原菌分类地位、生物学特性及敏感杀菌剂,以期为严重影响蓝莓经济价值的枝枯病的流行预测和科学防控提供参考依据。结果表明:蓝莓枝枯病致病菌为棒状新拟盘多毛孢(Neopestalotiopsis clavispora),其最适碳源为麦芽糖,最适氮源为磷酸二氢铵,最适pH为8,最适温度为25℃。抑菌敏感性测定结果显示,戊唑·咪鲜胺对病原菌的抑制效果最好。 Taking blueberry as the experimental materials,tissue isolation method was used to obtain the pathogenic fungi of blueberry branch blight,and morphological and molecular biological identifications were conducted.Based on different carbon and nitrogen sources,temperature,and pH,the biological characteristics of pathogenic fungi were studied.The effect of four kinds of commonly chemical fungicides on pathogenic fungi was determined by using the mycelial growth rate method.The classification status,biological characteristics,and sensitive fungicides of this pathogen were studied,in order to provide reference for the epidemic prediction and scientific prevention and control of branch blight,which seriously affects the economic value of blueberry branches,flowers and fruits wither and wither,and even plants die.The results showed that the pathogen causing blueberry branch blight was Neopetalotiopsis clavispora.The biological characteristics of the pathogen showed that the optimal carbon source was maltose,the optimal nitrogen source was ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,the optimal pH was 8,and the optimal temperature was 25℃.The results of inhibitory test showed that a compound fungicide of pentazole·prochloraz had the best inhibitory effect on N.clavispora.
