摘要
文章以旋挖钻机在特高压线路基础机械化施工中的应用为分析对象,旨在评估旋挖钻机在提高施工效率、施工精度及降低施工风险等方面的综合效益.川渝特高压交流线路工程应用结果显示,与人工开挖相比,旋挖钻机将施工效率和施工精度提升了至少3倍,同时降低了施工风险.为进一步提高旋挖钻机在特高压线路基础机械化施工中的应用效果,文章提出加强智能化和自动化水平、优化能源利用效率等建议.通过实施这些建议,旋挖钻机在特高压线路基础机械化施工中的应用将更加高效、安全、环保,为电力事业的发展提供保障.
The research is based on the application of rotary drilling rigs in the mechanized construction of ultra-high voltage line foundations,with the aim of evaluating the comprehensive benefits of rotary drilling rigs in improving construction efficiency,accuracy,and reducing construction risks.The application results of the Sichuan Chongqing UHV AC project line engineering show that compared to manual excavation,the rotary drilling rig has improved construction efficiency and accuracy by at least three times,while reducing construction risks.In order to further improve the application effect of rotary drilling rigs in the mechanized construction of ultra-high voltage line foundations,a series of suggestions are proposed to strengthen the level of intelligence and automation,and optimize energy utilization efficiency.By implementing these suggestions,the application of rotary drilling rigs in the mechanized construction of ultrahigh voltage line foundations will be more efficient,safe,and environmentally friendly,providing guarantees for the development of the power industry.
