摘要
针对海上油田富余伴生气燃烧放空问题,提出了海上油田伴生气回收驱油提采与储气库协同建设技术,对油气“增储上产”和完善天然气“产供储销”体系建设具有重要意义。基于海上油田气驱采油与储气库协同建设各阶段的任务特点,将海上油田伴生气驱油提采与储气库协同建设划分为油田开发建设、伴生气驱油生产、伴生气驱油提采与储气库协同建设和储气库运行4个阶段,形成了海上伴生气回收处理、注入油藏驱油提采存气、储气库协同建设的关键技术体系,并在涠洲12-1油田开展试点项目建设。实施效果及研究结果表明:(1)伴生气驱油相比注水驱油开发提高原油采收率21个百分点,预计20年减少碳排放1500×10^(4)t,增加原油产量243×10^(4)m^(3);(2)利用已有海上生产平台及配套设施建成了中国第一座海上油藏型储气库,目前已形成库容为7×10^(8)m^(3),存储伴生气6×10^(8)m^(3),天然气调峰保供能力为140×10^(4)m^(3)/d;(3)协同型储气库建设成本低,包括注采井改造、新建储气库外输海管及陆地终端等工程投资约为常规海上枯竭气藏改建储气库的一半。结论认为,该研究方案技术体系实现了节能减排、驱油提采、储气调峰等多重功能,是油气上游业务提质增效的重要研究与实践方向。
Aiming at the problem of combustion and emptying of excess associated gas in offshore oil fields,the technology of associated gas recovery,collaborative construction of underground gas storage(UGS)and gas drive stimulation oil recovery is of great significance for“increasing oil and gas storage and production”and im⁃proving gas“production,supply,storage and marketing”system.According to the purpose of each stage of off⁃shore oilfield development and construction,the associated gas drive stimulation oil recovery and UGS collabor⁃ative construction is divided into four stages:Oilfield development and construction,associated gas displace⁃ment oil production,associated gas drive stimulation oil recovery and UGS collaborative construction,and UGS operation.The key technology system of offshore associated gas recovery and treatment,re-injection oil reservoir,injection oil displacement,gas recovery and storage,and collaborative construction of UGS has been formed,and the pilot collaborative construction has been carried out in Weizhou 12-1 Oilfield.The results show that:(1)Compared with water drive oil recovery,associated gas drive can increase oil recovery and reduce car⁃bon emission.(2)The production platform and supporting facilities have been fully utilized for collaborating con⁃struction oil reservoir type UGS in offshore.(3)The UGS construction cost is low and operation is efficient.The technical system and practice of the research scheme can realize multiple functions such as energy saving and emission reduction,gas drive oil recovery,gas storage and peak regulation,and is an important direction for improving the quality and efficiency of oil and gas business.
