《动物生物技术》第二课堂的教学改革与实践探索

摘要 [目的]为了让动物科学专业的大学生能够熟练掌握运用动物生物技术课程的理论和技术。[方法]在《动物生物技术》第二课堂的教学中,理论教学引入了翻转课堂、网络教学和知识竞猜等方式,实践教学采用科研专项衔接、产学研融合、大学生创新项目参与等活动。[结果]在第二课堂教学改革中,通过理论教学的改革探索,学生对课程理论知识有了比较深入的掌握和理解,特别是对于当前动物生物技术研究的前沿和热点掌握效果最好;多种实践方式的改革应用,学生能够较为熟练地应用课程知识设计方案,运用专业技术解决实际问题,获得90分以上的学生人数明显高于未参与动物生物技术第二课堂教学改革创新的学生,没有60分以下的学生。[结论]《动物生物技术》第二课堂教学实践改革创新弥补了传统教学的不足,有利于学生更好地掌握动物生物技术的专业知识和技能,提高了教学效果。 [Objectives]In order to enable college students majoring in animal science to profi-ciently master the theories and techniques of applying animal biotechnology.[Methods]Teaching theory introduced methods including flipped classroom,online teaching,and knowledge quiz,while teaching practice adopted activities including connecting scientific projects,integrating industry,academia,and re-search,and participating in innovative projects for college students in the teaching of the second class-room for Animal Biotechnology.[Results]Students gained a relatively deep grasp and understanding of the theoretical knowledge of the course,especially with the best effect of understanding the forefront and hot topics of animal biotechnology through exploring the reform of teaching theory in the second classroom.The reform and application of multiple practices enabled students to proficiently apply knowledge learned from the course to design solutions and apply professional skills to solve practical problems.The number of students scored above 90 points was significantly higher than those who did not participate in the reform of teaching in second classroom for animal biotechnology,and there was no student scored below 60 points.[Conclusions]The reform of teaching in second classroom for Ani-mal Biotechnology have made up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching,which is conducive to students better mastering the professional knowledge and skills of animal biotechnology and improving the effectiveness of teaching.
