摘要
目的研究基于Dewey理念的反思性教学法运用于神经外科临床带教中的价值。方法选择2022年7月—2023年7月本院神经外科接收的40名实习生作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为联合组与传统组两组,每组各20名。联合组实施基于Dewey理念的反思性教学法,传统组则采取常规教学法。比较各组理论知识及临床实践的考试成绩、综合能力、满意度、批判性思维能力评分、开颅术前准备、留置导尿管、对突发情况的应急处理上的掌握度。结果联合组实习生基础知识、专科技能知识、体格检查、书写病例、收集病史及诊疗行为的考试成绩均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组实习生主动学习、自学能力、语言表达、团队合作、学习兴趣、解决问题的能力评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组实习生的满意度高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组实习生开放思想、寻找真相、系统化能力、分析能力、求知欲、自信心、认知成熟度及总分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组实习生在开颅术前准备、留置导尿管、对突发情况的应急处理上的掌握度均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Dewey理念的反思性教学法的效果更为理想,不仅能够提升神经外科实习生的考试成绩,还可锻炼其批判性思维能力,使其团队合作、语言表达、解决问题能力以及自学能力增强,且实习生对带教的满意度高,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the value of reflective teaching method based on Dewey's concept applied in clinical teaching of neurosurgery.Methods Forty interns accepted by the department of neurosurgery of our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the joint group and the tradition group,with 20 cases in each group.The reflective teaching method based on Dewey's concept was implemented in the joint group,while the traditional group adopted the conventional teaching method.The examination scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice,comprehensive ability,satisfaction,critical thinking ability scores,mastery of preoperative preparation for craniotomy,indwelling catheterization,emergency treatment of emergencies of the two groups were compared.Results The examination scores of theoretical knowledge,specialized skills and knowledge,physical examination,writing medical records,history taking and treatment and therapy behavior of the combined group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The scores of active learning,self-learning ability,language expression,teamwork,learning interest,and problem-solving ability of the joint group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Satisfaction of interns in the joint group was higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).All critical thinking ability(open-mindedness,seek for truth,systematized ability,analytical ability,thirst for knowledge,self-confidence,cognitive maturity)scores and total scores were higher in the combined group than in the traditional group(P<0.05).The joint group's mastery in preoperative preparation for craniotomy,indwelling urinary catheter,and emergency treatment of emergencies was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of reflective teaching method based on Dewey's concept is more ideal,which can not only improve the examination results of interns in neurosurgery department,but also train their critical thinking ability,so that their teamwork,language expression,problem-solving ability,and self-study ability will be enhanced,and the interns'satisfaction with the teaching is high,which is worthy of popularization and application.
