摘要
在生产运行的过程中,企业常用到压力容器,而压力容器在使用过程中容易产生问题。假如压力容器氢鼓包问题比较严重,就容易影响生产水平,增大生产安全风险发生概率。文章以L公司作为研究对象,经检测发现公司的冷凝水收集器出现氢鼓包问题,积极分析氢鼓包产生的原因,探究氢鼓包修复的方法,旨在为L公司和其他公司防范氢鼓包问题提供科学参考。
In the process of production operation,enterprises commonly use pressure vessels,and pressure vessels are easy to cause problems in the use process.If the pressure vessel hydrogen bulge problem is more serious,it will easily affect the production level and increase the probability of production safety risks.This paper takes L Company as the research object,and finds that the company's condensate collector has the problem of hydrogen bulge after testing,actively analyzes the causes of hydrogen bulge,and explores the method of hydrogen bulge repair,aiming to provide scientific reference for L Company and other companies to prevent hydrogen bulge.
