摘要
目的调查中青年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者出院准备度的现状及影响因素。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院心内科于2023年5—10月收治的210例接受PCI术治疗的中青年冠心病患者进行问卷调查,问卷内容由6个调查表构成:一般资料调查表、疾病资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表、自我效能量表、社会支持评定量表。结果中青年冠心病PCI术后患者出院准备度总得分为(92.07±11.85)分。出院准备度总分与出院指导质量总分呈正相关(r=0.901,P<0.05);出院准备度总分与自我效能总分呈正相关(r=0.632,P<0.05);出院准备度总分与社会支持评定总分呈正相关(r=0.686,P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,影响中青年冠心病PCI术后患者出院准备度的影响因素有年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、家庭人均收入、疾病发病情况、出院指导质量、自我效能、社会支持,能解释回归方程82.5%的变异。结论中青年冠心病PCI术后患者出院准备度处于中等水平。中青年冠心病PCI术后患者出院准备度受年龄、受教育程度、家庭人均收入、疾病发病情况、出院指导质量、自我效能、社会支持影响,患者出院准备度影响患者康复及健康结局,医护人员制定有针对性的干预措施,可提高患者治疗效果和生活质量。
Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of discharge readiness in middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 210 middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI treatment in the cardiology ward of a tertiary hospital from March to August 2023.The questionnaire consisted of six questionnaires:general information questionnaire,disease information questionnaire,discharge preparation measurement scale,discharge guidance quality scale,self-efficacy scale,and social support assessment scale.Results The total score of discharge readiness for middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was(92.07±11.85)points.The total score of discharge readiness was positively correlated with the total score of discharge guidance quality(r=0.901,P<0.05).The total score of discharge readiness was positively correlated with the total score of self-efficacy(r=0.632,P<0.05).The total score of discharge readiness was positively correlated with the total score of social support assessment(r=0.686,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors on the discharge readiness of middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery include age,education level,marital status,per capita family income,disease incidence,quality of discharge guidance,self-efficacy,and social support,which can explain 82.5%of the variance in the regression equation.Conclusion The readiness of middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease after PCI to discharge is at a moderate level.The preparation for discharge of middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery is influenced by age,education level,per capita family income,disease incidence,quality of discharge guidance,self-efficacy,and social support.The preparation for discharge of patients affects their recovery and health outcomes.Medical staff can develop targeted intervention measures to improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
