地方本科高校教师教学数字化转型对策探讨

Strategies for Digital Transformation of Teaching for Local University Teachers

摘要 对所在地方本科高校教师开展教育教学数字化问题的访谈和问卷调查,结果表明,高校教学数字化存在思想认识不够重视、数字化资源建设不全面、资源与课程教学整合程度不足、数字化教学资源使用效率不高等问题。政府管理部门、学校和教师个人要提升对教学数字化改革重要性的认识,加快出台教学数字化政策法规和激励制度、加强数字化教学资源建设与整合、完善数字化教学培训与指导体系,增强教师自主学习动力,多种渠道提升高校教师数字化教学能力。 Interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted on the digitalization of education and teaching among teachers in local undergraduate universities.The results showed that there are problems with insufficient ideological awareness,incomplete construction of digital resources,insufficient integration of resources and curriculum teaching,and low efficiency in the use of digital teaching resources in university digital teaching.Government management departments,schools,and individual teachers should enhance their understanding of the importance of digital teaching reform,accelerate the introduction of digital teaching policies,regulations,and incentive systems,strengthen the construction and integration of digital teaching resources,improve the digital teaching training and guidance system,enhance teachers’self-learning motivation,and enhance the digital teaching ability of university teachers through various channels.
