摘要
目的探讨液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)+人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)+阴道镜检查在早期子宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查中的临床意义。方法选取89例疑似子宫颈癌变患者为研究对象,均进行TCT、HPV检查、阴道镜检查,以病理学检查结果为诊断金标准,比较3种检查方法的诊断效能。结果病理学检查结果显示,89例疑似患者中,阳性34例,占38.20%;TCT+HPV+阴道镜检查的敏感度、特异度、诊断准确率为97.06%、96.36%、96.63%,高于TCT的70.59%、83.64%、78.65%及HPV检查的82.35%、85.45%、84.27%(P<0.05)。结论TCT+HPV+阴道镜检查在早期子宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查中应用效果显著,可有效提高子宫颈癌和癌前病变的诊断效能,有助于精确检出早期子宫颈病变。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of liquid based thin-layer ecology(TCT)+human papillomavirus(HPV)+colposcopy in screening for early cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods 89 suspected cervical cancer patients were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent TCT,HPV examination,and colposcopy examination.The pathological examination results were used as the diagnostic gold standard,and the diagnostic efficacy of the three examination methods was compared.Results The pathological examination results showed that out of 89 suspected patients,34 were positive,accounting for 38.20%;The sensitivity,specificity,and diagnostic accuracy of TCT+HPV+colposcopy examination were 97.06%,96.36%,and 96.63%,which were higher than the 70.59%,83.64%,and 78.65%of TCT and 82.35%,85.45%,and 84.27%of HPV examination(P<0.05).Conclusion TCT+HPV+colposcopy examination has a significant effect in screening early cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,which can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and help to accurately detect early cervical lesions.
