摘要
随着电子商务的普及,饲料企业为提高经济效益,纷纷开始尝试将饲料产品销往不同国家和地区,因此,跨境电商成为解决饲料产能过剩问题的重要措施。因饲料企业跨境电商的交易双方分属不同国家和地区,这种跨境市场交易行为需要以合同为载体,切实保障交易双方的合法权益。从合同合规性的角度看,对合同的风险管理必须贯穿于跨境电商贸易的全过程,并针对贸易合同管理的常见问题制定风险防范措施,从而降低饲料企业的合同风险,尽量规避不必要的经济损失。
With the popularization of e-commerce,feed enterprises have begun to try to sell feed products to different countries and regions in order to improve economic efficiency.Therefore,cross-border e-commerce has become an important measure to solve the problem of feed overcapacity.The parties involved in cross-border e-commerce transactions of feed enterprises often belong to different countries and regions.This cross-border market transaction behavior requires contracts as carriers to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.From the perspective of contract compliance,risk management of contracts must be integrated throughout the entire process of cross-border e-commerce trade,and risk prevention measures should be formulated for common issues in trade contract management,in order to reduce contract risks for feed enterprises and avoid unnecessary economic losses as much as possible.
