摘要
目的:分析鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的效果.方法:选取2021年6月—2023年5月遵义市习水县人民医院收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例.对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予鼻内镜手术治疗.比较两组临床疗效、复发率、嗅觉功能.结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组视觉模拟评定量表(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后7、15、30 d,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果显著,可降低复发率,促进患者嗅觉功能恢复.
Objective:To analyze the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected as the study objects at Xishui County People's Hospital of Zunyi City from June 2021 to May 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,and the observation group received nasal endoscopic surgery on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and olfactory function of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue Rating Scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);at 7,15 and 30 days after treatment,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps has significant clinical effect,which can reduce the recurrence rate and promote the recovery of olfactory function.
