摘要
目的:观察克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶联合甲硝唑片治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果.方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月无锡市第二人民医院收治的细菌性阴道炎患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例.对照组采用甲硝唑片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶治疗.比较两组治疗效果、临床症状改善时间及复发情况.结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);观察组外阴瘙痒消失时间、阴道疼痛消失时间、黏膜充血消失时间、白带异常恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003).结论:克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶联合甲硝唑片治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,且复发率低.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel combined with metronidazole tablets in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with bacterial vaginitis were selected as research objects at the Second People's Hospital of Wuxi City from February 2022 to February 2023,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole tablets,and the observation group was treated with clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom improvement time and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003);the disappearance time of vulvar pruritus,vaginal pain,mucosal congestion and abnormal leukorrhea in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of patients with bacterial vaginitis can effectively be improved by clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel combined with metronidazole tablets,and the recurrence rate is low.
