摘要
目的:分析标准化疼痛护理在四肢创伤骨折患者护理干预中的实施效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年9月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院收治的62例四肢创伤骨折患者,随机分组后,对照组(31例)实施常规护理,观察组(31例)在常规护理基础上采取标准化疼痛护理,比较两组患者的护理效果差异。结果:观察组患者不同阶段的疼痛评估评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛信念评分整体高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对四肢创伤骨折患者实施标准化疼痛护理,可坚定患者的疼痛信念并缓解躯体疼痛情况,且更有助于改善患者睡眠质量,为全面促进患者康复奠定良好基础,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized pain nursing in the nursing intervention of patients with traumatic fracture of extremities.Methods:A total of 62 patients with traumatic fracture of extremities admitted to the First Affi liated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected.After random grouping,the control group(31 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(31 cases)received standardized pain nursing based on routine nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain evaluation scores of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain belief score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized pain nursing for patients with traumatic fracture of extremities can strengthen patients’pain belief and relieve physical pain,and help improve patients’sleep quality,laying a good foundation for comprehensively promoting patients’rehabilitation,which is worth promoting.
