以胜任力为导向的线上线下混合教学在麻醉生理学教学中的探索 被引量:1

Exploration of Competence-oriented Online and Offline Mixed Teaching in Anesthesia Physiology Teaching

摘要 目的探索以岗位胜任力为核心的麻醉生理学教学模式,并评估小规模限制性在线课程(Small Private Online Course,SPOC)结合翻转课堂模式对医学生学习效果的影响。方法选取2021年9月—2023年1月广州医科大学2020级麻醉学的69名学生为观察组,采用SPOC与翻转课堂相结合的混合教学模式,选择2019级麻醉学69名同学为对照组,采用线上大规模开放在线课程(Massive Open Online Course,MOOC)平台结合线下面授的混合教学模式,比较两组学生的学习效果及满意度。结果观察组平时成绩和考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组在核心价值观与医生素养、临床思维能力、信息搜集与管理能力、自主学习能力、团队协作与沟通能力、科学研究能力等方面的得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论以岗位胜任力为核心的教学模式在麻醉生理学课程中的应用,结合SPOC和翻转课堂模式教学,可以有效提高医学生的综合能力和学习兴趣。本研究为临床医学人才培养提供了创新的教学理念和有效的教学方式,有助于提升学生的个人特质和岗位胜任力。 Objective To explore the teaching model of anesthesia physiology with job competency as the core,and to evaluate the influence of small private online course(SPOC)combined with flipped classroom model on the learning outcomes of medical students.Methods 69 anesthesiology students of Grade 2020 in Guangzhou Medical University from September 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group.The mixed teaching mode combining SPOC and flipped classroom was adopted,and 69 anesthesiology students of grade 2019 were selected as the control group.A hybrid teaching mode combining online massive open online course(MOOC)platform with offline face-to-face teaching was adopted to compare the learning effect and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The usual scores and test scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of the observation group in core values and physician literacy,clinical thinking ability,information collection and management ability,independent learning ability,teamwork and communication ability,scientific research ability and other aspects were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the teaching mode with post competency as the core in the course of anesthesia physiology,combined with SPOC and flipped classroom teaching mode,can effectively improve the comprehensive ability and learning interest of medical students.This study provides innovative teaching ideas and effective teaching methods for the training of clinical medical talents,which is helpful to improve students'personal characteristics and post competency.
