摘要
目的探讨强化内科病例讨论是否可以提高参加住院医师的执业医师资格考试(medical practitioner qualification examination,MPQE)成绩。方法选取2019年8月和2020年8月进入广州医科大学附属第一医院内科和全科住培的住院医师46人,参加强化内科病例讨论者纳入观察组(n=17),未参加讨论者纳入对照组(n=29)。比较两组的MPQE成绩,分析参加或倾听强化内科病例讨论次数与MPQE成绩的关系,调查两组对强化内科病例讨论的满意度。结果观察组MPQE理论成绩(433.12±34.65)分明显高于对照组(413.24±30.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组参加强化内科病例讨论次数与MPQE理论成绩呈正相关(r=0.600,P=0.011);对照组倾听强化内科病例讨论频次与MPQE理论成绩呈正相关(r=0.559,P=0.002)。两组对强化内科病例讨论的内容和过程的满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强化内科病例讨论能够提高住院医师的MPQE成绩。
Objective To explore whether strengthening medical case discussion could improve the scores of Medical Practitioner Qualification Examination(MPQE)of residents in standardized training.Methods Forty six residents who entered standardized training of internal medicine or general practice in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University in 2019 at 2020 were selected.Residents who participated in strengthening medical case discussion were included in the observation group(n=17),otherwise in the control group(n=29).The MPQE scores of the two groups of residents were compared.The relationship between the frequency of participating in or listening to the strengthening medical case discussion and MPQE scores of the residents was analyzed.Satisfaction of the residents with the content and the whole process of strengthening medical case discussion was compared between the observation group and the control group.Results The score of MPQE theory test in the observation group(433.12±34.65)points was significantly higher than that in the control group[(413.24±30.63)points,P<0.05)].There was a positive correlation between the frequency of participating in the strengthening medical case discussion and MPQE theory test score in the observation group(r=0.600,P=0.011).There was a positive correlation between the frequency of listening to the strengthening medical case discussion and MPQE theory test scores in the control group(r=0.559,P=0.002).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the average satisfaction with the content of strengthening medical case discussion,nor in the average satisfaction with the whole process of strengthening medical case discussion(P>0.05).Conclusion Strengthening medical case discussion can improve MPQE scores of residents in standardized training.
