摘要
目的:分析即刻种植与延期种植在后牙区义齿种植中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月于北京泰康拜博口腔医院行义齿种植的60例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采取延期种植,研究组采取即刻种植。比较两组牙槽骨吸收情况、种植效果、不良反应发生情况及满意度。结果:研究组牙体植入6个月与12个月后牙槽骨吸收值均低于对照组,种植总有效率、患者主观满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.640)。结论:即刻种植在后牙区义齿种植中的应用效果优于延期种植,患者牙槽骨吸收值低,主观满意度高,且不良反应发生率低。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of immediate implantation and delayed implantation in denture implantation at posterior teeth area.Methods:A total of 60 patients undergoing denture implantation in Beijing Taikang Bybo Dental Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted delayed implantation,and the study group adopted immediate implantation.Alveolar bone resorption,implantation effect,adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 and 12 months of implantation,the alveolar bone resorption values in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of implantation and the subjective satisfaction of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.640).Conclusion:The application effect of immediate implantation in denture implantation at posterior teeth area is better than that of delayed implantation,the alveolar bone absorption value is low,the subjective satisfaction is high,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
