摘要
目的评价麻醉剂、精神类(麻精)药品规范化管理中应用PDCA(计划、执行、检查、处理)循环法的有效性。方法选择85例麻精药品使用患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(45例)。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用PDCA循环法管理。对比两组管理效果和麻醉药品调剂管理情况。结果观察组处方书写不规范、用药后空安瓿未收回、处方剂量含糊不清管理问题总发生率2.22%低于对照组的20.00%,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的处方审核率、药品用法用量规范率、处方专册登记率分别为100.00%、95.56%、97.78%,均高于对照组的72.50%、75.00%、70.00%,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻精药品规范化管理中,采用PDCA循环法的效果显著,可以减少麻精药品处方开具、使用和管理过程中的问题,值得予以推广和使用。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)cycle in standardized management of anesthetics and psychotropic drugs.Methods 85 patients with anesthetics and psychotropic drugs were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(45 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was administered by routine management,and the observation group was administered by PDCA cycle.The management effect and management of dispensing of narcotic drugs of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of management issues such as non-standard prescription writing,failure to retrieve empty ampoules after medication,and unclear prescription dosage in the observation group was 2.22%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The rate of prescription approval,standard rate of drug usage and dosage,and registration rate of prescription list in the observation group were 100.00%,95.56%and 97.78%,which were higher than 72.50%,75.00%and 70.00%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle shows significant effect on standardized management of anesthetics and psychotropic drugs,and can reduce the problems in the process of prescription,use and management of anesthetic drugs,and is worth promoting and using.
