摘要
为了进一步提升煤矿FBDNo.7.1/2×37型对旋式轴流风机运行全压及全压效率,利用正交优化的方案对风机不同叶轮转速、风机不同叶片安装角配合情况下的风机运行状态进行了研究。根据实际验证可知,风机在一级叶片安装角角度为65°、二级叶片安装角角度为40.5°、风机转速为560r/min时具有最佳的运行工况,极大地提升了矿井通风系统的运行可靠性。
In order to further improve the coal mine FBD No.7.1/2×37 counter-rotating axial fan operation full pressure and full pressure efficiency,the use of orthogonal optimisation of the scheme on the fan with different impeller speed,fan with different blade mounting angle with the case of the fan operating state was studied.According to the actual verification,it can be seen that the fan has the best operating condition when the installation angle of the primary blade is 65°,the installation angle of the secondary blade is 40.5°,and the fan rotational speed is 560r/min,which greatly improves the operation reliability of the mine ventilation system.
