从滇黔地区“活的历史”探寻中华民族共同体形成的脉络 被引量:2

On the Formation of the Chinese National Community from the “Living History” in Yunnan-Guizhou Region

摘要 本文关注中华广土众民共同体意识的形成脉络。中华民族不同族群共存于同一个生活世界中,关于不同族群在民间社会交往过程中所形成的文化共同性问题,长期以来缺乏足够的关注和深入研究。本文在滇黔部分地区田野调研基础上,结合各类相关文献,以“把现状作为活的历史”为方法,从当前处境的社会事实出发“追溯过去”,探讨中华文明的理想观念演化为社会文化“常道”的教化体系之过程,以及形成广土众民的行为逻辑和生活价值的路径。本文指出,中华教化是与中华文明/民族发展相伴随的动态存在,在以文化融凝民族的过程中,超越“中心”与“边缘”地理意义上的屏障,呈现出族群间“我中有你,你中有我”的社会事实。中华教化在西南的传播和发展绝非强权政治的工具,也非简单的“汉化”,更不是所谓的“同化霸权”;因其具有超越社会阶层、地域和族群的普世性,遂能具体为广土众民共享的知识和社会赖以维系的意义之网。其次,教化不是单纯的抽象理念,而是可以具体化并借助于特定载体进行传播的,而且中华教化在一定程度上可以随俗而定,以活态文化的样貌嵌入于社会结构之中。第三,在政治、军事力量和官方兴教办学之外,民间的多元行动者以种种方式,推动着教化的传播和普及,使之常识化、民俗化和生活化,积淀为共享的文化—心理结构,造就了西南与中原之间山川相隔而文化相通的状况。 This article focuses on the formation of the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community.Different ethnic groups of the Chinese nation have long coexisted in the same world of life.However,there has been a lack of sufficient attention and in-depth research on the cultural commonality formed by different ethnic groups in the process of social interactions.On the basis of field research in the Yunnan and Guizhou region,combined with relevant literature,this article uses the method of “treating the current situation as a living history” to “trace back to the past”from the social facts of the current situation,and explores the process of the evolution of the ideal concept of Chinese tradition into the cultivation system of sociocultural “normalcy,” as well as the path to form the behavioral logic and life value of the people in that vast area of China.This article points out that Chinese cultivation tradition is a dynamic existence that accompanies the development of Chinese civilization and Chinese nation.In the process of cultural integration of the nation,it transcends the geographical barriers of the “center” and “periphery,” presenting a social fact of cultural integration between different ethnic groups.The dissemination and development of Chinese cultivation tradition in Southwest China is by no means a tool of power politics,nor is it simply “sinicization,” let alone the socalled “assimilation hegemony.” Chinese cultivation tradition has a universal nature that transcends social classes,regions,and ethnic groups,and can be specified as a network of knowledge as well as a meaning system that maintains society.Secondly,the cultivation system is not simply an abstract concept,but can be concretized and disseminated through specific carriers.Moreover,the cultivation system can to some extent be adapted to local traditions and embedded in the social structure as a living culture.And thirdly,in addition to political and military influences,and the government educational system,diverse actors from society promote the dissemination and popularization of the cultivation system in various ways,turning them into common sense and folk customs in people's daily life,and crystalizing into a shared cultural psychological structure,so that it has created a situation where natural barriers of mountains and waters would not prevent the cultural integration between the peripheral Southwest and the Central China.
